Our customer wanted to integrate a conveyor into its manufacturing process in order to evacuate its ARISA 1000 Ton press from the different steel parts it generates. To do this, AL Industrie has to design a band conveyor able to withstand falling parts, but also can be adjustable in height. Our teams then installed an “adjustable foot” option thanks to which our client will be able to adjust the height of his conveyor and thus, move it as his needs. A “central separator” option has also been installed in order to facilitate the sorting of the falling parts of the machine. These systems have been put in place because our customer may have to modify the output of his ARISA press according to the parts it generates, but also to facilitate the maintenance operations of the machine or the conveyor.
