AL Industrie designs, manufactures and installs all conveying solutions. Conveyors designed and developed by AL Industrie for the purpose of conveying aluminum shaving briquets and distributing them over 6 Big storage bags.

These conveyors were designed and manufactured by AL Industrie for the purpose of transporting briquets at the briquetting press exit. This system is intended for a specific application that involves recycling aluminum shavings generated by our customer. After a first briquetting operation, a first hammered belt conveyor collects bricks of about 2 kg each at the outlet of the press so as to raise them on our distribution conveyors. These conveyors are equipped with hatches for unloading products at several points. This system allows our customer to unload the bricks on 6 big bags.


How does it work?

In order to resell its packaged shavings, our customer dumps his last in a hopper that feeds a vibrating table. During the vibration of this table, the shavings are sorted and transported to briquetting presses via a screw conveyor. Once the briquetting is done, shavings presses releases in the form of bricks of about 2kg which are then, dumped into an AL Industrie conveyor line. These different conveyors are then poured into the Big Bags which will be weighed and resold.
