Conveyor with hammered belt, conceived and made by AL Industrie with the aim of transporting copper mechanicals parts out of a press ARISA 160 Tons.

Our customer called on to AL-Industrie to transport copper mechanicals parts falling of his press ARISA 160 tons.

So as to meet his needs, our teams conceived a conveyor commanded by a control box of electric command which, with its detector of rotation, allows that the line is completely automated. Its Belt hammered in the step of 63 get back mechanicals parts and transports them up to an operator who takes care of them.

The request of our customer was particular, because he wished to benefit from a hopper throughout fit out him to guide mechanicals parts towards the belt conveyor and prevent they from falling outside.
