Conveyor AGRATI HC-80

Conveyors for the transport of Zamak parts falling to AGRATI HC-80 presses

AL Industrie desings, manufactures and installs any conveying solutions.
These conveyors were designed and manufactured by AL Industrie in order to transport Zamak parts outgoing of two AGRADI HC-80 presses.
As a reminder, the zamac is an alloy of zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper.

Placed under the AGRATI presses of our customer, these smooth belt conveyors of 63 mm step collect the Zamak parts. The manufactured parts finish their cycle by sliding on the conveyors hopper to be pull up by the AL Industrie belt.
This hopper has been designed by our engineering consulting firm to be adjusted according to the height of parts falling. In this way, the customer products are received in the best way and are not damaged during the transport. The belt has also be studied so that the bars welded above reach a height of 30 mm to avoid that the parts fall back and be damage during the raising.

The conveyors also contain an housing starter feeded by a Legrand Hypra cable which allows to start and cut the AL Industrie belts. It allows our customer to have a better control for his conveyors and manage his production cycle evolution.
