ARISA 8000 Press conveyor

AL Industrie designs, manufactures and installs any conveying solutions.

In this case, the conveyors were designed and manufactures by AL Industrie in order to equip a ARISA 8000 press.

Press conveyor ARISA 8000

Placed under spouts, the conveyors collect steel and aluminum falling from the customer ARISA press. The spouts distribute each matters in their respectives conveyors to allow our customer to sort his falls during the shavings issue to outside grab.

Equipped with anti-wear steel rail tracks, hammered belt of 63mm step, or even a motorization with reinforced safety, our two conveyors allowed our customer to optimize the performance of his ARISA 8000 press, and thus, to gain productivity.

In this case, our customer chose AL Industrie in order to profit from an effective conveying solution, sustainable and economical, that’s why we helped him throughout the study, from manufacturing to the installation, to answer in the best way at his need.

Each conveyor is composed of :

  • A feeding of 14 000mm ;
  • A lift angle of 45° ;
  • A discharge height of 7 400 mm ;
  • A head length of 800 mm ;
  • A hammered belt of 63 mm ;
  • A tubular root of 2000 mm height
